Facilities & Admin Assistant £27,000-£30,000Office-based, on-site – Central London ASAP start ideal We’re working with a fantastic business in Central London looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join their team. This is a real hybrid role covering both admin as well as maintenance tasks at the heart of a unique building, supporting staff, tenants, and visitors to keep things running smoothly day to day. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things organised and well-presented, this could be the ideal next step. Responsibilities: Cover reception during lunch and evening hours (phones, guests, passes, etc.) Monitor deliveries and post, maintain stock in kitchens and meeting rooms Carry out light maintenance (e.g., changing bulbs, minor fixes, moving furniture) Conduct regular janitorial checks and liaise with evening cleaners Ensure the building is safe and secure, including locking up in the evenings Assist with larger building and maintenance projects alongside the Facilities Manager The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in facilities, reception, or office support (training provided) A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail Comfortabl…
