We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing music business management firm in their search for a Assistant Accountant to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to work with a dynamic portfolio of clients across the music and entertainment industry. Offering excellent career progression, quarterly bonus, and study support, this is a role not to be missed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting across finance and operations
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns
- Oversee payroll
- Manage bank reconciliations
- Day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities
- Prepare and issue royalty statements
- Build strong client relationships and provide support
About You:
- Previous experience within an accounting/finance role
- Happy to work 5 days in the office
- Currently studying or looking to pursue ACCA/AAT
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
- Experience working in music/entertainment is advantageous but not essential
- Confident communicator
- Proficient in Xero
