Customer Support Agent x 3 – Finance Software - Expanding team due to gorwth
Location: Bournemouth – fully office-based
Salary: £33,000
I’m recruiting for three Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing finance software business in Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email and online support channels.
- Help customers resolve issues, providing clear guidance and a positive support experience.
- Investigate problems, identify solutions and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Manage customer requests efficiently, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Learn and navigate software systems to help customers use them effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve queries and share knowledge.
- Embrace new technology and AI tools to improve the customer experience and ways of working.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, helpful approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms or customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar.
- Experience supporting customers across multiple channels.
- An interest in technology, software or digital tools.
- Finance, accounting or business software knowledge.
