We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Service Department Supervisor to coordinate service reminders, ladder inspections, fixed anchor point inspections, and provide overall administrative support to our Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where you'll make a real impact and contribute to the success of our service operations. Full training will be given and the position is full time.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating inspection schedules and service reminders
- Preparing RAMS, site packs, and certification paperwork

- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day administration
