This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands‑on individual to help shape the future of the Cardiff branch. Reporting to an off‑site manager, this role will take ownership of day‑to‑day branch performance, drive high standards, and help bring the branch fully in line with the Hydroscand image, culture and ways of working.   • Driving the day‑to‑day operations of the branch, ensuring it runs efficiently, safely and professionally.

  • Coordinating call‑outs and service support effectively during working hours and out‑of‑hours as required.
  • Providing practical technical support to branch and mobile teams, including hose assembly from customer patterns or drawings where needed.
  • Taking responsibility for compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, ensuring processes and records are maintained in line with company procedures and ISO requirements.
  • Working with a high level of independence and self‑motivation, confidently managing priorities and making sound decisions in the absence of onsite management.
  • Managing counter sales, cash transactions and system updates accurately in line with company processes.
  • Acting as a key holder and supporting all other reasonable duties needed to help the branch succeed and grow.
