Location: Deephams, North London

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | Nights | 40 hours per week (7pm - 5.30am)

The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Network Risk Analyst to support the planning and delivery of our night-time field operations. This role combines data analysis, permit preparation, risk assessment, and administrative support to ensure work is planned safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with operational teams, using data from District Metered Areas (DMAs) to support field activities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure all work is delivered in line with company standards and customer requirements. Please note that this role will be part of the Nights Team. The working hours for this role are 7pm - 5.30am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse District Metered Areas (DMAs) to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and issue work permits for Night Field Teams in accordance with company procedures.
  • Complete Water Quality Assessments and support the preparation of method statements.
  • Identify potential customer and operational risks, taking appropriate action where required.
  • Accurately input, maintain, and update data across internal systems.
  • Ensure job records are complete, accurate, and kept up to date throughout the work lifecycle.
  • Process and review reports relating to operational activities and job performance.
  • Track job progress and liaise with relevant teams to support timely completion of work.
  • Maintain well-organised electronic records and databases, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Support general administrative activities, including responding to queries and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data management standards.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
  • Experience in job scheduling, permit administration, or operational planning.
  • Knowledge of water, utilities, or field operations environments (Desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using data management or operational systems would be advantageous.
