We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance team based in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial performance and success of our organisation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead and develop our Finance and Administration teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly management accounts. You will work closely with Directors and Divisional Leads to prepare budgets and forecasts, manage cash flow, and support business planning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support the Finance and Administration teams
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
- Partner with operational teams to drive commercial performance
- Support pricing strategies and tender submissions
- Manage cash flow and debt recovery processes
- Coordinate the annual external audit
- Ensure compliance with Group Policies across financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
- Proven experience producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong background in cash flow management
- Experienced leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
