Hydrosave UK Ltd is seeking experienced leakage detection field team leads to join our team. You'll be working within an experienced team who have a focus on safety, customer service and efficiency.
The Role
- Lead field teams in identifying and accurately pinpointing leaks across the Thames Water Network.
- Utilise specialist leakage detection methods, technology, and industry best practices to deliver first-class service.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety remains the highest priority on all jobs.
- Support and guide team members to maintain high operational standards and effective field performance.
- Liaise with clients and customers, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness to their needs.
- Produce accurate reports and documentation relating to leak findings and field activities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols and company procedures.
