The Role

As a Trainee Leakage Detection Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Scotland’s leakage reduction targets by identifying and locating leaks within the water network. This hands‑on, field‑based position offers variety and challenge — from pinpointing complex leaks and quantifying leakage to validating previous findings at dry holes. What You’ll Do

  • Carry out leakage detection surveys across designated areas using approved methods and equipment.

  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe and serviceable condition.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
