This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the water industry's most critical challenges while developing your expertise across data, network operations, and strategic resolution planning. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising jobs, handling data entry tasks, and supporting day-to-day administrative duties. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The Role

  • To ensure adherence with all compliance standards and always operate with integrity.
  • Raise job orders based on internal requests and customer specifications.
  • Input, update, and maintain data in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure job details are correctly recorded, and job statuses are updated.
  • Maintain a well-organised filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with tracking job progress and communicating with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Process and review reports related to job orders and other administrative data.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed, including handling client queries, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through regular updates and checks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and job management.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly with data entry or job order management, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting and managing data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
