The RoleLead complex business analysis activities across Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
Support Salesforce migrations, system enhancements, prototyping and delivery.
Challenge business requirements, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Take a hands-on role throughout the delivery lifecycle, while providing guidance to other Business Analysts.
What We're Looking ForStrong experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally with 4–6+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud or CRM migrations would be highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge requirements and influence decisions.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
