The role will involve advising financial institutions, investment managers, banks, and other regulated businesses on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters, including CRR/CRD, Mi FID II, SMCR, MAR, EMIR, SSR, CSRD, PSD2, AIFMD, and related UK and European regulatory regimes.
You will have the opportunity to advise on complex regulatory issues, new legislation and regulatory change, authorisations, governance, conduct of business, and the application of financial services regulation to sophisticated transactions and products.
