Reference: JN -082026-494930A leading London real estate practice is seeking an NQ Associate to join its growing Real Estate Investments team.

The group is recognised in the market for its work on real estate investment and has particular strength across build-to-rent, student accommodation, senior living and other institutional investment strategies.

The role offers exposure to complex, high-value corporate real estate matters for private equity investors, institutional asset managers, pension funds, sovereign wealth investors, REITs and major developers.

Work will include real estate M&A, joint ventures and indirect investment structures, with opportunities to work on both UK and cross-border transactions.

The wider practice regularly collaborates across corporate, real estate, finance and tax teams, giving junior lawyers a genuinely multi-disciplinary deal experience.

At NQ level, you will support transactions from initial structuring through to completion, developing experience in acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other investment-driven mandates.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients while building the technical and commercial judgement needed to take increasing responsibility for matters.

The team is particularly interested in candidates with a strong corporate foundation, including M&A and joint venture experience, who want to develop a specialist practice in real estate.

Experience of real estate transactions is advantageous but not essential where there is a clear interest in the sector.

This would suit an NQ from a strong corporate, M&A or real estate background who is technically capable, commercially minded and keen to work on sophisticated transactions for sophisticated investors.

Structured training, regular feedback and clear progression discussions are part of the team's approach to associate development....
