Contract Duration: 4/20/2026 – 10/19/2027

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact project supporting a key UK client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical SAP workloads with a focus on high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) across AWS environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Configure and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for SAP workloads
  • Design and implement High Availability clusters using Pacemaker and Corosync
  • Configure HA for SAP HANA databases and applications
  • Implement multi-Availability Zone SAP architectures on AWS
  • Configure automatic failover, virtual IPs, and integrate SAP HANA System Replication with Pacemaker clusters
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy HA components using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Conduct HA/DR testing, failover drills, and perform root cause analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience with RHEL 7/8/9 and clustering on AWS
  • Expertise with Pacemaker / Corosync
  • Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of SAP HA/DR best practices and SAP on AWS fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
