This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team recognised for advising on complex cross-border financing transactions.
The team acts for international banks, private credit providers, sponsors, borrowers, investment funds and financial institutions across a broad range of matters, including acquisition finance, fund finance, real estate finance, restructuring and general banking transactions.
