We are working with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Trusts & Private Wealth team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on high-value, complex and international private wealth matters, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.
The team has an exceptional reputation in the offshore market and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated work, including:
- Complex trust structures
- Estate and succession planning
- Wealth structuring
- Contentious and non-contentious trusts
- Multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters
We are looking for:
- 4+PQE
- England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand qualified
- Strong Trusts & Private Wealth experience
- Experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm
- Excellent academics and strong technical ability
- Genuine interest in relocating to Jersey
