- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Flows and Salesforce integrations
- Support Financial Services Cloud data models, automation and client lifecycle functionality
- Work with marketing teams to enable campaign setup, audience targeting and lifecycle journeys

- Experience with Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce platform development
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similarly complex Salesforce data models
- Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement from a technical, data or integration perspective
- Experience enabling campaigns, journeys, personalisation, audience management or content delivery through Salesforce data
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts, including ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, segmentation and activation
- Understanding of consent, preferences and compliant customer communications in a regulated environment
- Experience designing or supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and product-led teams
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment tooling, ideally Copado
