A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the London office of a leading law firm within its highly regarded Debt Finance team, with a particular focus on leveraged finance.
Responsibilities
- The role will involve advising on a broad range of leveraged finance matters, working closely with banks, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
- The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied mix of sophisticated financing work, including senior debt facilities, unitranche, second lien, TLB, first out/last out and super senior facilities.
Qualifications
- The team is seeking a candidate with strong leveraged finance experience gained within a leading national or international firm.
- The successful applicant will have excellent transaction management skills, experience supporting junior lawyers, and ideally proficiency in drafting and reviewing credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, security documentation and related finance documents.
