  • Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools and custom development
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Flows and Salesforce integrations
  • Support Financial Services Cloud data models, automation and client lifecycle functionality
  • Work with marketing teams to enable campaign setup, audience targeting and lifecycle journeys
  • Help ensure marketing activity is driven by accurate CRM data, client preferences and compliant suppression logic
  • Support segmentation and activation use cases through Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
  • Assist with data ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution and unified client profile concepts
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and agreed integration patterns
  • Participate in testing, deployment and release activity using Copado
  • Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, Financial Services Cloud and marketing-related functionality
  • Produce documentation and share knowledge to support long-term ownership of the platform
Essential Experience

The right person will bring:

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex environments
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce platform development
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similarly complex Salesforce data models
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement from a technical, data or integration perspective
  • Experience enabling campaigns, journeys, personalisation, audience management or content delivery through Salesforce data
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts, including ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, segmentation and activation
  • Understanding of consent, preferences and compliant customer communications in a regulated environment
  • Experience designing or supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and product-led teams
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment tooling, ideally Copado
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, or progress towards it
Desirable Experience

It would be useful to have:

  • Salesforce experience within financial services, wealth management or another regulated sector
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud Next / Advanced
  • Hands-on Data Cloud configuration experience
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications
