A rare opportunity has arisen for an NQ to 2.5 PQE Associate to join the London office of a leading international law firm within its highly regarded Structured Finance team. The role will involve advising on a broad range of structured finance matters, including derivatives transactions, collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), securitisations, and related structured products.

You will work with leading financial institutions, investment managers, arrangers, and other market participants on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The firm is seeking an ambitious NQ to 2.5 PQE Associate with strong finance training from a leading City, US, or international firm.

Experience in structured finance, derivatives, CLOs, securitisation, or other complex financing transactions would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general banking or finance experience will also be considered.
