A leading financial institution is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its highly regarded Corporate Banking team. This role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of financing transactions with a particular focus on project and infrastructure finance.
The successful candidate will be partnering closely with the business on providing legal support on lending transactions, financing arrangements and business-led projects. You will be working on project and infrastructure finance deals from origination to close with a high level of responsibility and with the opportunity to get involved in other areas of finance, as well as AI related projects. This is an ideal role for someone looking to move in-house to a finance role where they work closely with the business in a broad role and highly regarded team.
Skills required:
- Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE gained in the banking and finance team within private practice or in-house.
- Strong experience in project or infrastructure finance transactions.
- In-house secondment experience is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
