Hybrid, 2 days / week onsite

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Essential
    • Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in complex, regulated environments.
    • Deep hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, data model and automation capabilities.
    • Strong programmatic Salesforce development skills, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Flows.
    • Proven experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits and performance optimisation.
    • Experience with Data360 and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Advanced.
    • Experience leading development teams and acting as a technical design authority.
    • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and release management, ideally using Copado.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non‑technical audiences.
  • Preferred
    • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within wealth management, asset management or financial services.
    • Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures) within an Industry Cloud context.
    • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) concepts, including data ingestion, identity resolution and activation.
    • Experience supporting or migrating from Marketing Cloud Engagement to Marketing Cloud Next.
    • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
