Our banking client is looking for an experienced
IT Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across a portfolio of IT Infrastructure contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence sourcing strategy, negotiate complex agreements and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across IT Infrastructure categories.
- Manage a portfolio of supplier contracts, negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements.
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, manage risk and support business objectives.
- Analyse spend, supplier performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and risk management frameworks.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Procurement or IT Sourcing, ideally within Infrastructure.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies using data and market insights.
- Knowledge of procurement best practice, governance and risk management.
