We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT/Network Engineer to join our dynamic 24/7 Operations Centre team in Belfast. You will be part of a shift-based team supporting critical infrastructure, resolving IT/network incidents with precision, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a wide client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Shift Pattern:
- Days: 4 days on (7am–7pm), 4 days off → repeated twice
- Nights: 4 nights on (7pm–7am), 4 nights off → repeated twice
All candidates must have experience working in a shift-based operational environment. As a NOC Engineer, you will act as a key escalation point, monitoring and troubleshooting network and IT incidents, working within SLAs, supporting field engineers, liaising with third-party suppliers, and maintaining clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
The role offers strong training and development opportunities, including funded apprenticeships, professional certifications, and clear career progression, alongside a shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
