I am looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing End User Services function and support the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of a large-scale enterprise Windows environment. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity based in Belfast, with the expectation of working onsite 1‑2 days per week. The role will suit someone with strong hands‑on endpoint management experience who enjoys working across both modern and established technologies, providing technical support while helping to improve and optimise endpoint services.

What I am looking for:

  • Previous experience working in an endpoint management, EUC, or similar technical role within a complex enterprise environment
  • Strong experience with endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager, and ideally Altiris
  • Good knowledge of Windows device environments and the full device lifecycle
  • Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets
  • Experience supporting project activity alongside day‑to‑day operational responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise endpoint management platforms
  • Managing Windows devices throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and retirement
  • Acting as an escalation point for technical issues and supporting structured incident resolution
  • Delivering software deployments, security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities
  • Supporting platform upgrades, improvements, and technical change initiatives
