A leading US law firm is looking for a driven Tax Associate to join its highly regarded London practice. Working closely with the head of the team, the chosen candidate will have opportunity to gain hands on experience across a range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings as well as asset purchases and sales.
Recognised by a number of leading publications as a leading firm in this field, they are looking for individuals with a strong interest in corporate tax matters, particularly in the context of complex transactions and advisory work.
The ideal candidate will be NQ – 2PQE and should have experience from a top tier practice whilst looking to take on a more intellectually stimulating role.
