Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of tagging implementation, handling the end-to-end setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of analytics and marketing tags daily.
- Define and document data layer requirements, collaborating closely with developers to ensure proper integration and functionality.
- Implement, debug, and validate tracking tags to ensure clean, reliable data flows across all digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor and maintain data quality, resolving discrepancies promptly to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
- Develop, refine, and enforce best practices for tagging and data layer management.
- Translate tracking requirements into actionable tasks for developers and provide clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Partner with product teams to align tagging solutions with business goals and KPIs, ensuring seamless tracking of user interactions and behaviours.
- Lead the technical execution of A/B and multivariate testing (MVT), working with product and optimisation teams to implement and validate testing tags.
- Collaborate with a third-party digital agency to manage tagging updates and ensure ongoing alignment with broader business objectives.
