Senior Incentives Lawyer | 5-9PQE | Top UK Firm

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a growing Employee Incentives & Benefits team, offering significant autonomy and career progression potential.

In this role, you will advise private company clients on incentives related to corporate transactions, including tax aspects, and the design of management incentive schemes such as EMI options, growth shares, LTIPs, and more. You’ll also work on cross-border incentive arrangements, equity rollouts across multiple jurisdictions, and provide guidance on employment taxes, termination payments, and tax-advantaged share plans.

Experience in private company work is essential, as you will collaborate closely with founders and management teams, particularly in the startup sector.

They are a dynamic and collaborative international team where over 70% of the work involves cross-border collaboration, providing a transformative legal experience, with an exciting prospect for overseas secondments, including to the US.
