About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Client Services / Business Development professional with a strong contract recruitment focus and deep knowledge of the Life Sciences market (CROs, Biotech, Sponsors, Medical Devices).

This is not a traditional account management role . We need someone with a sales-first mindset , capable of building a contract book from the ground up , winning new project-based business , and delivering high-value workforce solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and scale a contract recruitment desk in the Life Sciences space
  • Win and deliver bespoke, project-based recruitment solutions (SOW, contingent, retained, permanent)
  • Drive BD through outbound activity and deep market engagement
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to define and deliver recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
  • Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow strategic accounts

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • 3+ years in a BD-focused recruitment role
  • A strong network and knowledge of the Life Sciences sector (CRO, Biotech, Sponsors)
  • Proven success in building and scaling contract recruitment desks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  • A proactive, confident, and strategic approach to business development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
