Job Description A leading US firm with a rapidly growing London practice is seeking ambitious Associates to join their Structured Finance and Securitization team. This is a rare chance to work on a diverse range of matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Opportunity: The team handles a wide variety of high-profile work, including: CLOs – a key focus but just one part of the wider workload. Private Credit – a booming area with significant market interest. Fund Finance and General Funds Work – innovative and dynamic deals. Securitization – including credit cards, auto loans, and non-performing loans. This role offers the chance to break out of siloed deal environments and gain broad exposure across the team. Who They’re Looking For: Experience : Strong background in structured finance or securitization. Experience in CLOs is a bonus but not essential, as training will be provided. Candidates qualifying in March 2025 will also be considered. Background : Excellent academics and experience from a top-tier law firm (Magic Circle, US, or equivalent).
