Looking for a skilled Nokia Radio Design Engineer to join the business Network Strategy Engineering team. You will play a key role in delivering 4G/5G radio design for the organisation, working closely with Planning, Strategy, and Regional teams to optimise network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 4G/5G HLDs and LLDs to meet business requirements
  • Analyse network performance and implement improvements
  • Work on RAN software selection and feature testing
  • Provide insights from benchmarking data
  • Utilise tools like Mycom Proptima, TEMs, and Accuver

What You Need:

  • 5+ years' experience in RAN/Nokia design
  • Strong knowledge of LTE & 5G NR (NSA & SA) technologies
  • Experience managing RAN parameters in live networks
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, drive test tools & analytics platforms
  • Engineering or Science degree
