My financial services client is currently looking for a contract Project Manager to lead on an office relocation project. This role is urgent and will be reporting to senior stakeholders, so needing a PM who can hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate:
- Project Manager with extensive Office Relocation experience, within financial services or government sector preferred.
- Ideally experience of lease exit strategy.
- Experience from procuring to construction stage, and the relocation move.
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
