Senior Transformation Office Analyst – Wealth Management

Location: Glasgow, London, Liverpool

Salary: £38,000 – 50,000 per annum DOE

Contract Type: Permanent

Hydrogen Group has partnered with our Investment Management client, a market leader with investment and wealth management services, acting responsibly to build a sustainable future for our clients and communities. Due to growth, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Office Analyst to support their Change & Transformation function.

The Role:

As a key member of the Transformation Office, you will:

• Oversee programme governance, quality assurance, and benefits realisation
• Support Heads of Delivery and Programme Managers in ensuring adherence to frameworks
• Manage budget tracking, financial oversight, and transformation investment controls
• Act as a deputy to the TO Manager, engaging with Exec-level stakeholders and finance teams
• Drive process improvements within the Transformation Office framework

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong PMO/Transformation experience in an Exec-facing role
• Project Management expertise, including budget management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels
• Knowledge of programme planning, risk management, and change governance
