Managing Associate – Pensions Advisory (Path to Partnership)

Our client, an ambitious and rapidly growing firm, is looking for a Managing Associate to join their Pensions Advisory team, with a clear path to partnership. You’ll be supported by pre-partnership training and the guidance of three established partners, all while taking early responsibility in growing the business.

About the role: As a Managing Associate, you'll lead client matters, contribute to business development, and help shape the future of the practice. You’ll enjoy direct client engagement and have opportunities to build relationships both internally and externally. This is a unique chance to grow within a supportive team and take on the responsibilities that will set you up for partnership.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting clear and concise legal advice
• Managing client relationships and financial aspects of matters
• Business development and networking activities
• Supervising and mentoring junior associates
• Contributing to the team's knowledge and technical skills

Skills & experience:

• 5+PQE, England and Wales qualified lawyer
• Experience from a leading firm in pensions law
• Expertise advising trustees and employers on pension arrangements
• Strong technical ability in non-contentious pensions matters
