Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to lead the achievement of change project objectives by agreeing, planning, resourcing, monitoring and steering on project activities to ensure that they remain on-track. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, all of which are aligned to the effective management and planning of the annual change project portfolio.
Our client is looking for an individual who has previously set up a robost Change Management function (i.e. Project / portfolio planning, communications, SDLC compliance / monitoring and exception management, issue escalation, reporting of accomplishments
Experience needed:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Experience Setting up change management within an organisation or improving change manament processes and delivery
- Experience of Call Centre, CRM and Digital Self-serve systems
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
- Systems transformation.
- System design and set-up.
- Line management.
