Job Description
Our client, a top UK firm, is looking for a Commercial Lawyer with strong IT, technology, and outsourcing experience to join its Tier 1-ranked national practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile digital transformation projects in the market, advising major UK banks, FTSE 100s, global tech providers, fintech innovators and household names. You’ll be involved in strategic tech and outsourcing transactions, including SaaS/cloud, licensing and BPO deals, often where digital innovation meets regulatory change.
The successful candidate will play a key role in a high-performing, collaborative national team and enjoy excellent career progression, client contact, and the chance to shape major transformation initiatives across sectors such as financial services, retail, payments and digital health.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial and technology law, gained at a leading law firm, with a strong track record in advising on outsourcing, SaaS, and technology-driven commercial transactions.
