Commercial Lawyer | 2-6PQE | Silver Circle Firm (London Area)

Our client, a Silver Circle law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-6 years’ post-qualification experience to join their Commercial practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on commercial contracts, IT, IP, outsourcing, and data privacy, working closely with senior team members on complex legal matters.

The role involves drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, advising on IT and IP issues, providing guidance on data privacy law (including GDPR), intellectual property, outsourcing, and supporting corporate matters like due diligence and transitional services agreements.

To succeed, you will need strong technical knowledge, excellent academic credentials, and experience managing client relationships. You should be self-sufficient, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
