Location: London

Industry: Renewable Energy | Cleantech | Sustainability

Here at Hydrogen Group, we start by asking the tougher questions. Our purpose as a total staffing solutions provider is to empower our candidates, clients, and employees to thrive in their changing worlds. We’re passionate about providing our clients the best, tailored staffing solutions, which means we also offer some of the most exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals like you. Our adult-to-adult culture is anchored in our “I own my FUTURE” vision, which focuses on six key areas: Goals, Performance, Rewards, Wellbeing, Time, and Culture. Together, they ensure that you’re in control and leading from the front in this new era of work. Be part of the global energy transition.

We’re looking for a Client Partner who’s commercially driven, highly consultative, and passionate about renewable energy. You’ll build and manage strategic client relationships across wind, solar, energy storage, hydrogen, and grid infrastructure —helping purpose-led organisations find the talent driving real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage key client relationships across the clean energy market
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and senior-level positions
  • Collaborate with a high-performing delivery team to build strong talent pipelines
  • Identify and secure new business within the fast-growing renewables space
  • Stay close to market trends and technologies shaping the future of energy

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience—ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technical markets
  • Strong in client relationship management and business development
  • Confident communicator with a consultative, commercially sharp approach
  • Passion for clean energy, sustainability, and purpose-led business
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Background in engineering or tech, especially those who’ve worked across the full product lifecycle
  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles within a sector, not just niche verticals
  • Clear understanding of your “why”—what drives you to succeed and deliver at pace
  • Experience with multinational clients or large-scale energy projects
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools

What’s In It for You:

  • Competitive base + uncapped commission
  • Flexible working (hybrid/remote)
  • Career progression in a high-growth, mission-driven company
  • Continuous training and development in clean energy and executive search
  • Collaborative team culture built on trust, performance, and purpose
