To strengthen our UK and Ireland organization, we are looking for a dynamic Project Consultant (m/f/d) who will promote our brands, support key decision makers and help drive the growth of Technal and Wicona project solutions across the region.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain a broad understanding of Hydro Building Systems’ business, working closely with regional and market teams while contributing to bespoke national and international project opportunities.

- What you will be doing
- Build and maintain relationships with key building influencers and decision-makers including architects, consultants, investors, contractors and façade specialists.
- Promote Hydro Building Systems brands, particularly WICONA and Circal, and support specification activities within project tenders.
- Deliver CPD sessions and technical presentations to key stakeholders.
- Identify, develop and manage a strong project pipeline throughout the UK.
- Create project roadmaps and strategic action plans for complex and bespoke opportunities.
- Manage opportunities and project activities through Salesforce CRM.
- Act as the central project contact and coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions and conferences to strengthen Hydro's market presence.
- Monitor market trends, innovations and competitor activities and share insights with internal teams.
- Develop strong partnerships within the building industry and facilitate cooperation between decision makers and metal builders.
- Collaborate closely with technical support, project services and regional teams to secure project success.
- Act as a strong ambassador for Hydro's sustainability agenda and low-carbon aluminium solutions.

- Proven commercial experience with a strong customer and relationship-focused mindset.
- Technical understanding of façade systems, aluminium systems or construction-related solutions.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, investors and project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
