Role Description
Hydroseeding Operator role based close to Surrey.
The Hydroseeding Operator will operate specialist hydroseeding machinery and equipment, including truck-mounted and site‑specific systems, to deliver grass establishment and erosion control solutions on a variety of projects.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing sites, mixing and applying hydroseeding materials, monitoring application quality, and following project specifications and safety protocols.
The role involves working closely with site managers, engineers, and other team members to meet strict health, safety, access, and logistical requirements and to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high technical standards.
The Hydroseeding Operator will also assist with basic equipment checks, defect reporting, and documentation related to site activities and compliance.
Qualifications
