Location: National (based near one of our branches, ideally Clevedon, with National travel). National travel will regularly be required along with overnight stays.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
About You:
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
- Experience in a team lead role, preferably within the equipment supply industry
- Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Strong IT skills with ERP experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations, setting goals and monitoring performance against key metrics.
- Oversee inventory control and manage the flow of goods.
- Lead, hire, train, supervise and motivate warehouse staff across multiple locations; conduct performance reviews and collaborate with HR.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall warehouse performance.
- Generate reports, analyse data and manage warehouse budgets.
