The Junior Legal Counsel will provide legal support across the company’s operations, with a focus on corporate legal matters, project contracts, commercial agreements, compliance, and risk management. The role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating closely with project, commercial, finance, and management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in corporate law and project contracting, particularly within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, EPC, environmental, or industrial sectors.
