As part of a broader ownership transition and investment cycle, the company is strengthening its senior leadership capability to support disciplined expansion, enhanced governance and structured commercial growth.
The Business
A profitable regional operator with a substantial plant and commercial vehicle asset base, established customer relationships and consistent EBITDA performance. The business supports various industrial markets and has built its reputation on operational reliability, asset quality and long term hire partnerships.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Head of Sales will play a central role in aligning commercial strategy with the wider growth mandate.
The Opportunity

- Proven sales leader within plant hire, commercial vehicle hire or contract hire/leasing
- Experience operating in performance driven or investor backed environments
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, utilisation and long term contract structures
- Comfortable working within KPI led and reporting focused cultures
- Able to balance hands on business development with team leadership
