Employing around 500 people worldwide, its range includes articulated backhoe loaders, dump trucks, wheeled excavators and specialised railway machines, built to tackle demanding tasks in construction, civil engineering, forestry and agriculture.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and cover the Midlands & Southern UK territory.

What you’ll be doing- Drive sales growth in your region through new business development.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to strengthen our positioning.
- Collaborate with our UK sales, service, telematics, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent Hydrema at industry events, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and share insights on market activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to earn trust and create lasting relationships with clients.
- A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits and events.
