The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Hydrasun is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support the Umbilicals Manager and Projects Manager in the successful delivery of ongoing projects. This role is central to coordinating project activities, managing documentation, supporting customers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities of the Role

  • Prepare project documentation packs and work instruction packs to support project delivery.
  • Maintain and coordinate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expedite sales and purchase orders to ensure delivery deadlines and departmental KPIs are achieved.
  • Accurately process customer orders and maintain records within SYSPRO.
  • Support the preparation of bids, quotations, and customer proposals.
  • Create customer invoices upon completion of project work scopes.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient filing, administration, and document control systems.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to provide a high standard of service and project support.
  • Attend departmental and cross-functional meetings.
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production planning activities.
  • Support the sourcing and procurement of materials and components required for projects.

Qualifications - Essential

  • National 4 (Standard Grade General) qualification, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.

Qualifications - Desirable

  • Project Management qualification.
  • Microsoft Packages related qualification.
  • Engineering qualification (HNC, HND or BEng).

Experience - Essential

  • Experience within a project, sales, manufacturing, workshop, operational, or engineering environment.
  • Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), procedures, and documentation.
  • Relevant industry knowledge.

Experience - Desirable

  • Customer-facing experience and document control administration.
  • Experience of process flowcharting.
  • Product knowledge within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Umbilical design experience using QuickCad.
  • Experience using SYSPRO, particularly Sales Order Entry, Customer and Purchase Order Queries, Inventory, Work in Progress, Supplier Queries, and Dispatch functions.
  • Knowledge of Stab Plate Production, QA practices, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures.
  • Subsea industry knowledge.
  • Experience interpreting technical specifications and engineering drawings.
