The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
This role will provide an efficient administrative support service within the Operations Support Team with the key area of focus being the Hose Assembly and Umbilicals Planning.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensure that work activities are executed in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Management System.
- Support routine weekly/monthly safety inspection audits as required.
- Ensure that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free.
- Update the Syspro system in relation to scope of work changes, errors, shortages of stock and materials as and when the production plan changes.
- Run off the relevant job cards and stamp and highlight special and specific instructions, as required.
- Book in the finished jobs on the Syspro system as soon as they have been completed.
- Liaise, in a proactive manner, with the Sales and Customer Services Teams in relation to orders placed.
- Liaise, in a proactive manner, with the Stores Team in relation to picking/kitting.
- Liaise with the Purchasing team in relation to items of stock/special items that are required.
- Using Syspro, check levels of stock and work in progress on a daily basis and provide updates to the Sales and Customer Services Teams.
- Archive scan all production files on a daily basis.
- Commit to continuous improvement and development.
- Take responsibility for personal learning and development to ensure satisfactory progression of skill level.
Qualifications - Essential
- Educated to Secondary School level with academic achievements in a numerical and English language discipline.
Qualifications - Desirable
- HNC (or equivalent) in Administration.
- ECDL Qualification.
Experience - Essential
- Previous experience within administration.
Experience - Desirable
- Experience of using Syspro (or equivalent ERP system).
- Experience of working in a workshop/production environment.
