We are seeking an experienced Group HSEQ Manager to lead and continually enhance our HSE and Quality performance across the Hydrasun Group. This is a group leadership position, responsible for driving a proactive and positive HSEQ culture, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining strong, visible influence throughout the organisation.
In this role, you will provide strategic direction and expert guidance, ensuring full alignment with the Hydrasun Quality Management System and ongoing compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 standards. Working collaboratively across the business, you will partner closely with our Group HSEQ Advisors, Internal Training Manager, and leaders across Hydrasun HQ and our wider branch network. Strong engagement with customers and clients is essential, as you will play a pivotal role in upholding—and continually elevating—our HSEQ standards, behaviours, and performance across all areas of the organisation.
In this role you will:
- Provide clear leadership and direction to deliver Quality & HSE objectives, ensuring strong focus on risk and opportunity management.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Group HSEQ Management System in alignment with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018.
- Lead the strategic framework for Quality & HSE enhancement, ensuring ownership and accountability across the organisation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive HSEQ performance and embed quality assurance principles.
- Build positive relationships at all levels, including customers and regulatory stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead an effective audit and assurance programme that embeds quality throughout the organisation.
- Oversee the management of non-conformances, driving strong root‑cause analysis and corrective action.
- Strengthen supply chain relationships to meet customer expectations and performance standards.
- Provide expert guidance on customer-specific requirements, including audits, quality plans, and statistical reporting.
Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:
- ISO9001 Lead Auditor
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Strong internal and external auditing experience
- Demonstrable record of implementing quality policies, systems and procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 standards.
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong record of strategic and operational leadership
- Excellent communication skills with a people-focused approach
- Resilient, collaborative, and solutions-driven
Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:
- Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
- Understanding of Product Type Approval and UKCA requirements

- Delivery of Quality & HSE performance targets
