Hydrasun is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure profitable opportunities across the South East of England. This is a genuine business development role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities into long term partnerships. You'll drive growth across existing and new customers, promoting Hydrasun's integrated engineering solutions with a particular focus on Instrumentation, Measurement and Analytical products. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers. • Growing and developing strategic key accounts. • Promoting Hydrasun's instrumentation, measurement and analytical solutions. • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. • Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award. • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM data. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 • Proven success in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management. • Experience selling Instrumentation, Measurement and Analytical products. • Background selling technical products, services or engineered solutions. • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills. • Ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels. • Track record of delivering sales growth and profitability targets.
