Responsibilities:

  • Attend sites, replace hoses and hydraulic components for clients.
  • Liaise with existing customers, report job processes via the company mobile app, and update orders.
  • Develop business with existing and new customers.
  • Work basic hours 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours a week).
  • Participate in an on-call rota (usually one week a month), requiring onsite work at nights and weekends; compensated by an on-call retainer, overtime pay and commission.

Qualifications:

  • Hard‑working, reliable, able to work unsupervised, customer‑focused.
  • Previous experience in hose replacement or as a forklift/plant fitter, HGV fitter, agricultural fitter, or similar mechanical role.
  • Confidence in canvassing potential new customers and dealing with existing customers.
  • Manual UK Driving Licence with at least 3 years driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
