Currently, we operate approximately 150 service vans, operated by experienced and dedicated hydraulic engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Liaise with departments and teams to design and deliver marketing strategies, communication pipelines, and ensure staff are equipped with up‑to‑date marketing materials and tools.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring initiatives support lead generation and ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sector insight to inform marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, communications, and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing activities with broader business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years proven experience in strategic marketing, campaign planning, and execution.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience tracking ROI and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels (digital and traditional).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
